CS_CBBW_01 is the case study house of the project Circular Building Affordable Housing (CBBW). In this case study, a single-family home in Berchem, the project will test circular design principles and construction methods within the boundaries of an existing context: the wishes of a client, a limited budget, urban development rules, and energetic, structural and technical requirements. Ultimately, CBBW wants to build an adaptable, demountable and affordable single-family home in order to facilitate the transition to the circular economy.
